Most faculty members have already submitted their 教师 Development Plans for this year, so instead of completing the individual goal sheet, faculty should work with their academic departments to ensure that departmental 目标 align with institutional 目标. 明年，所有全职教职员工，连同永久兼职 员工，将使用相同的流程.
